Mark Delmont is a Haitian-Jamaican multidisciplinary artist from Miami Gardens. He up-cycles stagnant and used materials from the earth to make environmental pieces that reflect the present moment. Delmont highlights the stories and lives of less glamorized identities such as blue collar workers, neighborhood folk and the vast family dynamics along with their environments. He draws inspiration from cinema, music, and his blue-collar upbringing. His work celebrates the Black experience.
