Exhibition Description
This retrospective, Michael Richards: Are You Down?, showcases visionary artworks, including sculptures, drawings, installations, and video work. Of Jamaican and Costa Rican lineage, Richards’s artwork gestures toward both repression and reprieve from social injustices and the simultaneous possibilities of uplift and downfall as well as the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, The Bronx Museum, 1040 Grand Concourse The Bronx, NY.
