ARt Connecting Communities: A Night of Film, ARt, Virtual Reality, and Conversation

Miami MoCAAD will host a screening of the documentary and virtual reality art exhibition, "ARt Connecting Communities: Overtown and Coral Gables," on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 7 PM to 10 PM at the Black Archives Historic Lyric Theater. The evening will feature replicas of interactive murals, oral history QR codes, music, refreshments, and opportunities to mix and mingle.

The event will also include a talkback after the film and a creative conversation with artist Stefan Smith and founder of the Black Archives, Dr. Dorothy J. Fields, moderated by Miami MoCAAD cofounder Marilyn Holifield.
